Digital health tools are changing the way we care for ourselves. They make it easier to track symptoms, share information with doctors, and store your health identity. But with this convenience comes a growing concern: how safe is your health data?
Given my son Luca was the inspiration behind the app, we kept the focus very personal – keeping his data secure was a foundational pillar of the app. I needed to trust the app. For him. For all our users.
Our guiding principle
Everything is built around you. You are in control. Not the Providers. Not us. You. You own your health data. We needed to give you somewhere safe and secure to put it.
mA.I Health App was built with you at the centre from day one. This personal focus keeps data security front of mind for us, always. We have invested heavily on security.
We have AI but our AI is different
Unlike many AI systems that pull information from the internet, our AI is closed circuit. So, what does that mean?
It means the intelligence behind mA.I Health was created by us and lives entirely within the app. It doesn’t roam the web, it doesn’t access information outside of the app and it doesn’t share data.
It took us a long time to build our AI but there was no other way. Security is important to us.
You decide what you want to do with your information. Want to share your health data with your doctor or a family member? That’s your choice. If you don’t, it stays private and locked in the app.
The only user of the app is you. No one else.

Global Standard Privacy and Security Compliance: We built our app to some of the highest global health data protection standards and protocols under New Zealand law, HIPPA (US health data protection), and GDPR (European health data protection).
User Control: You hold the only keys – always.
Your privacy, no matter what
Phones get lost, accidents occur, and we know your health data is precious. That’s why we’ve built safeguards to keep your information secure and recoverable.
Biometric Login each time you access the App. If you set up a new device, your data transfers with you like any other app. You will need your account login. And if you ever want a fresh start, you can delete everything – because your health data is always under your control.
